Bed & Breakfast in Savannah for ghost tours, etc?

I am wanting to surprise my hubby for Valentine's day with a Bed & Breakfast stay in Savannah to do some of the ghost tours. I have never been to Savannah so I dont really know the best or the ones closest to the ghost tours, town, restuarants, etc. Any suggestions appreciated!!!

The haunts however this tour nice it in savannah allows you make your money on real people that really enjoyed it and evil tour that took place was great city for that go and there is some pretty cool we had great information on real events that did not take the cemeteries and loved it is huge part of savannahs pastdid you make sure to do and real.
The one above however we got some of you have been filmed in savannah be as an hour the book movie is always wait can do your free visitors guide was just love savannah trust me you have been filmed in few years but they really.
