bed & breakfasts near termini station in ROME ?

I have looked online for b&b near termini station but I think what locals consider "close" and what a single woman with a huge suitcase considers "close" are two different things.

If anyone knows from experience a close b & b near the termini (or VERY easy to get to from here ie - one bus ) please let me know thanx!
