Can anyone help me on what to eat starting from when I wake up to before I go to bed for muscle building?

I do a lot of lifting. Also I do a lot of running. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to eat starting from Breakfast to before a workout to post workout to before I go to bed to help me gain muscle the fastest and help me recover fastest. I already drink protein shakes so please don't suggest I take those. Thank you.

Anything with MSG…Ramen noodles are very fattening..you need fat to gain muscle.
