If you were sitting up in bed eating breakfast, listening to the sounds of a spring afternoon when suddenly.
You realized you had to lead a meeting at the office in fifteen minutes, would you:
A: Get dressed as fast as you could, inhale your breakfast, rush downstairs and fly to work at 90 mph hoping you'll make it in time
B: Calmly get dressed, call in and say that you were helping your dear old mother get over a bad bout of the flu and that you would reschedule the meeting for later
C: Call in and say you were sick, and that you feel horrible about missing the meeting but you'd be back the next day, well and ready to show everyone your presentation on toaster mishaps.
D: Call in and say, 'Look. Its a nice spring day outside. I'm comfortably lying in bed without a care in the world and a nice breakfast, and to be honest I don't think anyone wants to listen to me blab about toasters anyway. I'll be in next month. Bye now!' and hang up
