I was just wondering how to make more profit on a B&B which does have alot of customers and is very nice inside as it has just had a refurbishment and the owners need to build profit back up. Any suggestions?

If the place is fully booked, the best way to make more money is to raise rates. Especially if it is a holiday weekend or there is a big event in town.
If it is not fully booked, you should run promotions to get people to stay there because selling a room at a discount is better than it sitting empty!
Also, if you don't have a website, make one. You want to show off the new look!
