well hash browns came to mind…with your dietary restrictions…then i thought..about a plate…hash browns…maybe a roasted tomato, mozzarella, and basil stack…drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette….maybe some cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches..a bit of a buffet….stuffed mushrooms, rigatoni with a pesto sauce. think brunch, not just breakfast.
