What are some great towns to vacation at within 2 hours of Philly?

I have started researching a place for my husband and I to spend our anniversary weekend. It needs to be approximately within a 3 hour drive from Philly. It will be in November. Any bed and breakfast, house rentals, or hotel recommendations would be awesome. I need a cool town with lots to do especially sightseeing, nature, historical stuff, fishing, etc… We love live music, but are not interested in clubs or dancing.
