What is a really nice and romantic Bed and Breakfast in central Texas?

I am getting married on leave from Iraq so I am looking for a really special place to take my soon to be wife on our honeymoon. A private hot tub or at least whirlpool tub for 2 is a must, but preferably a hot tub. It doesn't have to be in Austin I really like Fredricksburg.
